All staff who man the Alarm Receiving Centre ( ARC ) arevetted to the current Bristish Standards and are trained inall aspects of the control centre operation/management withongoing training plans and staff development programmes inplace as part of our commitment to the Investors In Peoplestandard. Unlike any other control centres, we provide ourclients with a fixed cost, as we feel it is imperitive to bothdomestic and commecial clients are in control of their ownbudgets.
